Passive
This Skill allows a character to hold and use two weapons in combat, one in each hand. Neither weapon can be a Two-Handed weapon, and one of the weapons must be a Short or Small weapon.
If an archer has the Improved Two Weapons Skill and is using a Short Bow, then that character may block with the Bow in one hand while wielding a Long One-Handed weapon or a One-Handed Spear in the other.
